A new kind of combustion engine.

Anyone seen this before?
Duke Engines!
Could this be something for GA, in the future?

EHLE (Lelystad - NL), Netherlands

Axial engines have been around since 1911 (8 years after the Brothers Wrights first powered flight) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Axial_engine). Enough time for evolution and natural selection to demonstrate their advantages over other types of reciprocating engines. The fact that countless attempts to do that have failed so far would not really encourage me to invest any money in this company…

EDDS - Stuttgart

There is nothing new under the sun regarding internal combustion engines. Everything has been tried and the survival of the fittest principle has worked all the time. The next thing will be electric flight.
