You need to get the slot. I believe they may all be gone now, but it may be possible to get something by phoning them.

you could also use Leutkirch (EDNL) or Mengen (EDTM) both have AVGAS and proper Runway lenght for a TB20. There is a Shuttle Service to the Expo.
At EDNL parking is only on grass (grass is pretty good at the Parking Area, but avoid the grass-taxiway!)
EDTM has limited hard parking. Both are VFR only, but Weather is no Problem this week! :)

I have filed to depart Saturday 1300Z, due to the dodgy wx in the UK on Sunday.
It’s been super to meet everyone at the show and at the dinner. In particular, putting faces to people I have been in touch with for about 18 years!
I had to file Z because I did not get an IFR departure slot for Saturday and all slots are now gone.
Does anyone know if EDNY tower will allow a Z departure?
