This is what I get and it’s the same problem as with EBOS web site – it simply doesn’t work when accessed from some parts of Europe. And it’s most probably because of some DDOS attack prevention software which is not configured properly.
You can only access it with https, not with http!
I can’t access it as well. I had same with Brugge’s web site.
