Don’t know if this came up earlier, but I just received this from Total:
Important : Change of Avgas UL91 color
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D7547-23 and DEF STAN 91-090 – issue 6 standards, Avgas UL 91 is now colored red, as you can see in the photo below.
This change is made to enhance safety and reduce misfuelling between Avgas 100 LL and UL 91. The addition of dye has no impact on the quality of the product, which remains unchanged and compliant with Avgas UL 91 standards.

I like it! This change will help identify fuel leaks as well.
I only hope that they make it more widely available.
Now we’ll start getting reports that since the colour change paint is starting to peel.

“Ever since I started running Red UL91, my laptop boots slower and my back is sore!”
Do they use the same ssssss//selfcensored// dye as in house heating oil?
