Experience in Annex II aircraft

I remember reading a document from UK CAA that stated they await a decision from EASA whether time on Annex II, specifically (e) (UL, or microlight as they AFAIK call them in the UK), aircraft counts towards issue of a licence or rating and recency. The document was IIRC about a year old so I want to ask, does anyone know if this decision was published and where can I find it? I’m not interested just in (e) but it’d be a good indication of what EASA intended.

I have found UK CAA usually very friendly and helpfull. Just drop them an E-mail?
