Flying to Samsun, Turkey

I plan to fly to Samsun with refueling stop at Corlu. I contacted Corlu airport to check 100LL availability and to check if I need any kind of permission from CAA to land there. I got reply that I can’t understand (obviously Google translated). Does anybody have the idea what I have to do?

I found this in AIP – I understand that I don’t need any special permission but maybe I’m wrong:

1.1.9. Pursuant to the multilateral (ECAC)
agreement on “Rights of Intra-European nonscheduled
Air Services “dated 30 April 1956,aircraft
with a capacity up to 12 seat belonging to
operators of ECAC Member States performing
private flights, business trips, ambulance flights
and carrying relief assistance to disaster
stricken areas, shall be permitted to land in all
airports and use the airspace of our country,
provided that they have submitted their flight
plans 3 HRS before entering Turkish airspace
and provided that the aircraft shall land at an
airport open to international air traffic and shall
make its last departure from an airport open to
international air traffic.

FWIW, when I flew to Turkey (LTBH) in 2009 I had to get a special 4-digit code which I had to read out to ATC on the way in. I recall that this was for additional harrassment of N-regs only, and the Instanbul Aeroclub arranged it. I guess the 100-200 F16s they bought were obviously not from the USA

Emir,
If your plane is EU registered I don’t believe you need a permit. If not, then yes, and you need to
1/break your pension pot
2/contact Gozen Air Services ([email protected])
You’ll require a permit for Samsum too.
You may want to have a look at my flight report from this spring
