NADP and light planes

Are the ICAO NADP something that is applicable, and makes sense, for light airplanes? E.g. in respect of NADP1, is it beneficial, in a small plane, for noise abatement, to keep takeoff flaps all the way to 3000ft AAL?

These procedures reference V2, a speed whose definition is tied to the plane being multi-engine. What speed should I replace it with in a single engine plane when the AIP requires NADP 1 or 2, respectively? I assume the “Initial Climb Speed”, but should I take the one of a “Normal Takeoff” or of a “Short Field Takeoff”?

It does not make sense to use NADP 1 or 2 in a light type.
(Unless you are able to produce the same noise footprint like a Jumbo at T/O power. )
