I landed at 13:30 Loc that day and took this photo. Only now I notice the plane in the background. I wonder at what time the airport was reopened, I never saw the NOTAM since I was in the air, also atco din’t tell me anything enroute. 
I wonder what happened. Did they forget, or did the system(s) fail to lower the gear?
