CAA airspace change proposal - TDA block for Drones

I have been advised by Suffolk pilots of an application for Airspace Change in Suffolk for the purpose of drone traffic between the UK and Netherlands.
The change calls for a TDA block from Great Oakley farm strip in Suffolk to the UK FIR boundary. In Dutch airspace, the drones plan to use the North Sea Area Amsterdam TMZ.
