The day we were there (well, really, the whole 24 hours was day) it was beauty weather, calm, and no traffic. so after I flew a few circuits for the unique characteristics, I mentored my host/trainee through several circuits both directions, just for the experience. As Wideroe shows so nicely, an approach can be very stabilized without being straight.
