A couple of weeks ago we flew into Dornoch (scenic, well maintained grass runway) and visited Balblair Distillery. See film “The Angels’ Share”. Best to stay overnight so you can avail yourself of the remarkable Whisky Bar at the Dornoch Castle Hotel. I suppose this is a Whisky PIREP.
