The price of crude oil falls for month, fuel prices at autogas stations drop slowly, but fuel prices for small private aircrafts, in particular AVGAS, remain high.
In Germany there is virtually no movement in the price for GA fuel. However, any small increase in the price of crude oil was answered with a price increase in AVGAS.

Don’t airlines buy their fuel on long term, so called hedging? Then again, airlines buy JetA1, which must be a much more volatile market then Avgas.

Generally, as you pointed out, the total volume of Avgas sales is quite limited. What is pumped in your plane today was delivered at your field perhaps half a year ago, at prices of that time.
Avgas in Annemasse is quoted at 7.60 EUR / gallon so a small drop there.
Having said the amount of tax levied on Avgas is quite high so the impact of oil prices is muted. E.g. Switzerland 1.75 CHF tax free vs 2.75 CHF taxes included per liter – and taxes are a fixed amount as opposed to a percentage amount unfortunately.
Avgas went down a bit to € 2.49 / liter at my home field EDML, southern germany.
2,29€ per Liter in EDXE. We change prices with the ordered batch though.
EDXE – and no landing fees if you fuel more than 100 Liter, which is a very nice gesture

U.S. AVGAS price is about 20% down versus 30% for auto fuel.
Came down 30 cents (Swiss) in Zürich in December. 2.65 CHF / € 2.20
Automotive Fuel has come down from a high of around 1.89 to 1.59 now, so 30 cents as well.
Nottingham now shows 1.56£, exactly 2€, which seems to be the lowest in UK. The lowest prices in Germany (except Helgoland) are now between 2.10 and 2.20€ so they do come down. Not as much as one would like to (due to the taxes) but a little. Depends on when the batches are bought. Also, some airfields want to sell a lot of (discounted) fuel, others prefer selling very little with very big margins.
TOTAL France carnet price is now 1.92€, only about 10 cents down from this summer.
Italy’s prices are still sky-high and don’t seem to move much.
