It is a shame they won't grant zone crossings,I will plan to steer around them.
Are they likely to grant SVFR through the TMA to get more height above the ground? I won't waste my time asking If they never grant them :)
SVFR through class A TMAs does not exist anywhere other than UK.
SVFR through any Class A TMA doesnt exist anywhere AFAIK - it is illegal under ICAO.
What you can get is SVFR through Class A that touches the ground; then it is a CTR.
