Of course, or it wouldn’t be there in the NOTAM. It’s not om Norwegian territory of course, it’s in international waters. It’s due to a Russian naval excersice, the largest ever in fact, and cause some headlines in the news. Makes cool NOTAMs 
I just wonder what the NOTAMS in the Pacific were in the 60s

There are rocket firing warnings for UK Airspace quite often – usually higher than that one. For the danger areas west of the Outer Hebrides.
