I can do a video trip report of my summer family vacation or give an introduction to the EASA CB IR from my perspective as IRI (IFR Instructor).

In an N-reg… no clue, would need to read up about it. Is it of interest to you?

Good topic.

Yes, it is. I fly a N-reg Mooney and hope to pass the ATPL theory over the winter, and get an IR right after that.
The easy way out for me would be to do a IR at an ATO in their plane, but if there is a better way, why not explore it.

I volunteer to talk about the CB-IR next (from an IR Instructor POV). For specific questions – let me know in advance so I can prepare.

Also: Would someone who got the IR via the CB-IR course be interested to share the experiene as well?

See you on Tuesday!

I did the IR by the CB route in 2017 but at age 69 and 11 months not sure it would be a typical experience.
