Found something curious… France is not publishing IFR charts via EAD
Can anyone confirm?

That is the (fast expiring) link to the PDF. What settings on the EAD menu page did you use to find it?
Normally, the above blank settings find everything that EAD has for the airport.
You will find the IFR charts in the first of those two documents. For some weird reason the french have decided to put the charts in the the text pages.
Because of this, french airports does not have an “Instrument Plates” tab in SkyDemon. Instead the plates are found under “Textual Information”.

Clearly the best way to hide something is to put is somewhere very visible where nobody will look for it 
Yes indeed I did also discover the French VACs are under “Charts” and not in the general “AIP”. Had to change the labelling in the “AIP” feature in the EuroGA airports database to account for this. We just removed the “AIP” and “Charts” headings
