They talk about disabled people but I think about the military applications. An old friend was one of the pioneers in the subject. During the late 80’s he used to sit in front of his amber mono screen moving a dot from left to right and up and down. When I tried nothing happened so we concluded that I have no brain as the computer could not detect anything.
