Interesting that they busted an EASA145 company for using an unauthorised person to sign the EASA1 forms.

I don't see a suggestion that the forms were fake or the actual parts were defective.

The general pattern of who they go after is worth noting.

This is list contains only successful prosecutions. I wonder how many prosecutions failed. I don't get the intentions of this list. Is it a scarecrow for all people in aviation?
