Does anyone have experience with the regulations regarding operating a (single) ATO in two different EASA countries?
We are looking into starting a small flight training outfit, but were hoping to avoid a full blown ATO application, at least to start with.
In a neighboring country we have the opportunity to be a part of a already exisiting ATO.
AFAIK there does not seem to be any issues regarding satellite bases?
Any experience?
