as my girlfriend prefers studying over flying with me and the weather looks decent tomorrow in Northern Germany, I wanted to ask whether anyone might be interested in meeting up on one of the (German…sorry) Islands?
I’m on Ærø at the moment, but I suspect that going flying in the middle of our weekend away would not be ok…
Still, I can highly recommend Ærœ – wonderful friendly place, nice airfield (if you’re ok with grass), bikes for hire, and the weather has been amazing for October!
Hmm, do I need a flight plan for Denmark? Germany doesn’t require one for Schengen countries.
There is a list of border airports where traffic can go back and forth without flightplan.
You could navigate via these airports, but much easier just to do the flight plan.
