I spoke with the mechanic for Madrid, he is available. PM me if you want the contact.
He would first do a basic records check (remotely if digitally available ), provide advise and then go and physically inspect the aircraft for conformance with records and some key items and report back. He is very familiar with the type and even available to fly it with the seller’s pilot during the inspection.
His main concern, like mine, is the lack of use.
A few years ago I bought a very nice Piper Arrow from Spain via my Dutch mechanic who also did all the paperwork and the maintenance afterwards. If you’re interested send me a PM.
