EASA form 37 - what is the UK equivalent now?

I have a G registered Aircraft and I want to put in a Ferry Tank in a PA28 for a very long trip in the Summer which will need a Turtle-Pac in the back

In the past an EASA Form 37 would have been submitted but now that we have left the EU, can anybody let me know which form needs sending in the the UK CAA?

Thanks in advance for any advice

I’m thinking that SRG1767 applies…..I’m assuming you ticked section 4.2 in EASA form 37 as 12 – Flying an aircraft at a weight in excess of its maximum certificated take-off weight for flight beyond the normal range over water, or over land areas where adequate landing facilities or appropriate fuel is not available – then SRG1767 seems to fit this purpose.

I think it depends where you’re flying to. If you are planning to take it into EASA territory you will likely need a ferry permit, but I am guessing here…
