We used to rent one at Biggin but the firm is closing.
If anybody knows of a facility at Biggin, Redhill, Dunsfold, Goodwood, where work is permitted, I would be really glad to hear of it. Many thanks!
can’t help on the hangar, but why don’t the TB20 owners on here group together to rent a hangar and get the annuals done?
I think the problem would be geographical dispersion, and the fact that it is very difficult to do freelance maintenance for EASA-reg owners. In fact you can’t do it at all on EASA-reg, but there are ways to, ahem, arrange it… if you have good contacts.
Difficult to organise, I think.
Otherwise, I know a very good chap who is EASA66, A&P/IA, CFII, ATP and who, given a hangar, would happily work on peoples’ planes 2 or 3 days a week…

Headcorn allow maintenance to be performed in their hangars. They have a nice new hangar that was built last year. Give the office a call I’m sure they could accommodate you.
