Fair chance of it being fogged in tomorrow, IMHO. Fogged in right now, and even the TAF is not forecasting it to clear for ages, and more fog coming later.

I would delay departure for up to 1 hour, before cancelling. I won’t depart if there is actual fog at the destination, especially on a short flight like this.
