That double decker, Sherwood Ranger, is aerobatic (with one person on board), empty weight of only 250 kg and a 95 HP engine. With a Vne of only 87 kts, cruise speed of 56, that sure must be some insanely tight loops 
I have no experience of these aircraft but as an occasional customer of TLAC, I have absolutely no complaint – they seem knowledgeable and helpful.
