It’s not so difficult to fool the media and public and present yourself as a genius inventor. Assemble something that looks like an airplane and complain about bureaucracy and then immediately build a factory for a 19 seat commuter plane as the next step?

That is one of the reasons why Hugo Junkers always rejected the term “inventor” as an insult to every engineer and scientist. It takes more than some aircraft-shaped sheet metal to make an aircraft.
