Are people meeting on the field at the ‘pop-up Café’, or in town (and if so, where?), and at what time?
The pop up cafe I suggest. No idea when anybody is arriving.

Milk shakes (vanilla + coffee + caramel + oat milk) are a special treat in post CV19 times, and this is my annual allowance used up for 2020

Tried to make it but had mobile phone problems and hence failed to get a PPR till after you had left the field.
Without your mobile # I would have been looking for a needle in a haystack.
