I just did someone’s SEP revalidation while in Paris this July (he holds French EASA PPL and I have UK EASA PPL+CRI), all was done by email on dsac-n.pilotesprives.idf, the DGAC does need ask for instructor medical & licence scans, then he received his licence back by post in 5 days
