I recently went through the process of obtaining my FAA PPL and IR. In order to do so, I found the information on these forums invaluable to the process. I thought it only fair to give a little back, so I made notes as I went along and sent them to the Big Chiefs on this community. This has been placed at the link above; but if that doesn’t work for some reason, then I believe it may be found under “articles” as “Obtaining the FAA PPL and IR”.
