I recognize the places around Sarajevo, however I went there by buss, not GA. Did you order the burek by the kilo? It’s a beautiful city!

Sarajevo is really beautiful city and people at the airport are super friendly. Unfortunately they don’t have avgas and that limits GA traffic if you’re arriving from long distance – simply you have to plan fuel stops more careful. For us who are lucky to consume Jet A1, LQSA is one of the cheapest places in Europe – 0.50-0.60€ (used to be even cheaper) for 1 liter of Jet A1.
