Landed at Heringsdorf EDAH just now and flying on to Peenemunde tomorrow morning, to land when it opens (10:00 local I think - will have to look it up).
Nice ~4hr flight, up to FL160 to stay above plenty of muck during the first 1/3 of the flight. The GRAMET data was good but only to confirm what was blindingly obvious from the MSLP chart.
Trip writeup: https://peter2000.co.uk/aviation/edcp/index.html
To avoid the bad wx around, I may be flying to EDAH Friday morning (eta maybe 1130Z), and returning from EDCP Sunday morning (via LFAT) or from EDAH (direct to EGKA).
Airfield info updated.
The Heringsdorf EDAH German website contact form seems broken. I get
Die Nachricht konnte nicht gesendet werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es noch einmal zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt oder informieren Sie den Administrator der Webseite.
So I am faxing and emailing, from here
Also doing the same for Peenemunde EDCP who don't seem to have contact details on their website.
Update:

The 24hrs Customs PPR means that I might have to avoid this airport if there is a late replan.

Disadvantage of EDAH are high fuel prices.
Get informed. the exorbitant fuel prices of Heringsdorf are a thing if the past. They changed suppliers and the price is now in the 2,50 Euros region, so actually even a tad below the german average.
I will contact them for full details.
Highflyer, thanks for the warning! This place was prominent on my wish list, I'll think twice now.
@ Cheshunt: In 2009 I landed with a DA20, MTOW 750 kg, at Peenemünde without PPR,
they charged me 22 Euro for a 2 hours stay. There was nothing than a container for money
collecting. Told them never come back.
Sad at the 10/11.08. I am busy! It would be a nice short flight and good day at the beach. But back to you. Don´t stay in Peenemünde, this is not a town this is the end of a road and nothing there (without the musuem). Stay at Heringsdorf an take a rental car (is possible there, I saw it). At the Baltic sea is it high season and with this weather this days every body is there! It could be diffeicult to find a room for one night.
@Achim, maybe Peenemünde charge always PPR fees, thats the part it make it so expensiv.
