Henri Giraud, the anti-authoritarian father of French mountain flying did it for the first time in his Cub in 1960 on a pre-prepared 20m strip at the summit. There’s a documentary video (skip to 11min50 for the actual landing). Still illegal then, but he took the local préfet in the helicopter, which helps.
38 Euros seems awfully steep for one SEP landing at a site with no proper runway or ATC or fire crew, but I wonder if we could negotiate a discount for a block purchase or season ticket?
