I’d fly to EDMA, as mentioned, I do it frequently when traveling to Munich. Download the App ‚app2drive‘, which offers Fiat 500 and Renault Meganes directly at the parking lot, or you make a reservation with SIXT, 24h prior, because their office there is only a drop off box. Alternatively you take a cab to the train station ca 15 min and from there you take any train to Munich central station. From there you can take a cab to the Allianz arena. If time is short, take a cab directly from EDMA to the Arena, but that’s at least 100€ one way.
EDNX is nice but VFR only and you have to write them an email to get PPR, and they may not be open for non-local visitors before end of March. Please check. Landshut EDML is another, VFR, option, easier to get to the Arena.
If you have enough time locally, flying-wise EDMA is the easiest.

FWIW you can take the U-Bahn to Alianz Arena. So if you were able to take the IC (fast) train from Augsburg and connect to the U6, you could get there. About 1 hr 15 minutes in total.

Probably Memmingen (EDJA) would be a Alternate to EDMA, when they are packed with other Aircrafts. Its not much further away for Munich than Augsburg.
The Airport is IFR, AVGAS currently 2.35€/liter and parking fees are not too hight
There are 3 rental Car vendors on site. There is also a Bus going to Munich (Main Station) several times a day HERE

It is twice as far from the stadium.
No one has mentioned ETSI so far. Ingolstadt is north of Munich, IFR and they will organize you a rental car on the airport. Very friendly team. As Audi is operating from there a limousine service should be available too, as taxi is anyway. It is nearly the same distance to the arena as from EDMA.
Sounds interesting…. nice for exercising DME ARC and SRA procedures ;))
How about hangar for guests ? Do they offer those ? What are the opening hours ?
