I can arrange a dinner in Copenhagen on the 13th. It will not be at Noma.

I’m checking the different options for boat tours:
There are the big tourist boats (Stromma is a big name).
It cost about 80DKK (11 EUR) for a one hour trip. We can all sit together. There will be tourist information in multiple languages.
Then there are the smaller boats that you can rent with a captain. Duffy boats rents out a 9 PAX boat with captain for 2200DKK (295EUR) for a 2 hour trip. That comes down to 16EUR per person per hour and you won’t have these crying kids around you
Another option is self boating. GoBoat rents out solar powered boats that can take up to 8 people.
Rental price is 400DKK (53 EUR) for one hour. You will be instructed on how to operate the boat before departure. They optionally offer an organic picnic basket to take along.
The reservation can be cancelled up to 24hrs before departure.
So plenty of options
I personally think the GoBoat self boating option is great. It’s cheap (53 EUR for a 8-seat boat).
The 24hr cancellation policy comes in handy if less people show up or the WX is bad.
And the organic picnic basket will result in great food pictures from Peter
If you like ships there is also the Viking Ship museum in Roskilde:

would it be an idea to do a boat trip over the canals or through the harbour? That might be a nice way to explore Kopenhagen?
I did one of the big tourist boats when I was there a few years ago.
It was a nice experience
I also seem to remember the Tivoli Gardens making an interesting diversion in the evening…especially if you enjoy a roller coaster.

No visit to Copenhagen is complete without an evening at the Tivoli!
Dinner at Tivoli is also a possibility!

Gimme a break. We can make our own rollercoaster when flying
Nyhavn is an obvious place for casual dinner.
Break approved.
