I flew through what you show, Poznan-Paris. Chose FL240 to reduce headwind, but it was still 90-130kt and as a bonus I got iced at 240. Asked for higher and was denied due “flow control”. Lovely flight :)
130kt headwind, would’ve been a groundspeed of 20kt for my plane
My routing through Greek airspace to Malta was due to military activity. I asked each controller for a direct, all were refused until fairly close to PLH – believe me, I know all the tricks! There’s a limit to how much you can nag ATC, a limit that Ryanair doesn’t understand.
