I managed to fly most of the way there and back at about 80% power, despite going up to 7000ft, and the oil burn is now down to something like 1qt in 10hrs, which after just 11hrs is amazing!
It’s a really good value place to visit.
One can fly there from non-UK airports, in the usual way (GAR form, 4hrs PNR for arrival, no notice required for departure, EU).
