There is a EU agency called the European Airport Coordinators Association (EUACA) with probably 500 employees in 25 offices maintaining a list of all airports requiring slots.
I hope they do more than that with their 500 employees. I was initially dismissive and thinking there is a 'quango' (some kind of pointless job creation scheme / department), but if they really have that many employees, what else do they do that might be useful for GA in Europe?
