I was in Hoganas a few years ago for the PocketFMS flyin. I heard that the following year the > clubhouse had been burnt down, but that it would be rebuilt?
Is everything back to normal there now? It was a beautiful airfield, I hope it's still that way.
You're unfortunately quite right, it was arson. The day before a farm had been set on fire as well nearby. 5 or 7 aircraft destroyed and hangars worth lots of money.
But luckily it's all been rebuilt and the local club is up and running, I don't think they found the guilty one though :( Their field is very nice and the grass strip is well maintained.

I found Solent Radar v helpful before changing to Boscombe Zone.
