Some photos of the vast areas of desolate terrain in Norway.
And some weather where LeSving stays at home
My favourite – a mountain playing Peekaboo! on the departure from Bodo.
I was heading straight for it because I wanted to see if there was a gap on the right rather than flying around it on the left. ATC got worried and asked if I saw it… I e-mailed them the photo afterwards! Nice guys!
More “desolate” terrain that Peter wouldn’t want to look at because it’s colder and darker than Greece… :-)
They even have airfields up there. Who would have thought, with nobody wanting to go there!
That one is Svolvaer.
More desolation.
I have to admit – the fish meal photos that Peter tends to post look more appetising than this.
The locals are friendly, though.
Peter is right – the weather can be poor (departing Svolvaer to Tromso)
And the view in flight might be limited on occasion
