What is the schedule, what’s the plans? weather permitting, I would try to get over….
On our fly-ins, the main meet-up is normally on the Saturday, with a lot of group hanging around (coordinated by a group created on the telegram app) in the meantime.
Everyone books their own hotel etc. That way there is no pressure but the turnout is perhaps less than it would be on a fly-in where you pay a €250 deposit (like the highly organised type specific ones tend to be).
At some point a restaurant gets booked, usually by somebody local to the fly-in who knows the area – @TJ? 
It looks like it will be a good turnout; somewhere around 20-30 or maybe even more since the location is really good.
Is the a telegram group already?
Unfortunately I can’t make this – have visitors from the United States that weekend.
I would recommend looking at booking a hotel ASAP. There are still some reasonably priced ones on AirB&B, although hotels (booking.com etc) are disappearing and are expensive.

Me too and Justine. If I cannot fly I will drive. It’s a long drive but ok. Accommodation booked for 2 nights.
Actually we should get some UK pilots this time too. There are many on EuroGA, though few posting.
