Wilgas are so ugly they transcend ugliness and break through into ‘interesting’…
The Stipa-Caproni was an interesting idea from an enigmatic designer and they learnt a lot about ducted rotors, but it was fugly in the extreme!

For me, this one here has always been on my top-10-list of awful aeroplanes:
What kind of ugly are you looking for? Aesthetics or Engineering?
From an aesthetic point of view, the TB-10/TB-20 is pretty ugly – from an engineering standpoint not so much. (I guess you don’t need a picture).
The CT is one of the ugliest planes built, on either of the lists.
Then, there is the Cirrus Jet:

The Panthera is on my toplist of the ugliest Aircraft, too.
(And to be honest, Ju52, Wilga, Percival and Airtruck are real beauties in my eyes)

If you add “craftsmanship” to that list, then I would add everything built by Piper and a lot of things built by Cessna
