Is there a changelog published somewhere?
I don't see very much has changed, especially on the southern one.
I think on the side it says: GND-FL600 P-RNAV mandatory 
I'm not sure if this link will take you direct as its in the section where you need a logon
There is a list of amendments and one due to come. There is the email subscription service and while I am not sure anything says 'this is what was in 2012, this is what is in 2013', I think you can derive it from the list. I know when I get new charts for about 5 minutes I am interested in playing 'spot the difference' - and then I get bored with it ;-)

I wish they published the changes in graphical form. Some of them are not easy to interpret. Only one is shown as a portion of the map.
I suppose if they published them graphically then a lot of pilots would just print them out 1:1, stick them on the chart, and not buy the new chart

That's funny, I can just picture that, and lines tippexed out :-) I hadn't realised there was an RSS feed just for South East England. I've just subscribed as its better than the email notification service that sends out emails randomly all day long whenever there are nationwide chart updates.
