You need a school not an instructor. Licence training is not permitted outside an ATO or Registered Facility or soon to be Declared Training Organisation. Some Instrument training and Differences training may be conducted by a freelance Instructor.

Could have done it through the flight school I’m working with but ran out of time and I’m having the aircraft delivered.
