Is there a a feature built into EuroGA which allows to run simple polls on a few questions, or is it
better to use a site like survio.com, and simply provide a link in a leading post ?

Polls were never implemented AFAIK – unless they are deep down and I don’t know about them 
By all means use a 3rd party site for it.
