I sometimes get the 'Reader' tab when accessing this site from my iPhone. However, it only seems to work with the first post in a thread, thereafter it's back to the tiny, tiny font. OK, a good eye test, but not great. Could you implement this for the entire site?
The reader option on iOS devices (and I'm sure on other devices) is a function of the device rather than the site. We don't determine if it appears or not.
The better solution, which we would control, is a mobile adaptive design. I'll give it some thought but it's a question of finding the time to address it.
Interesting, David. On my iPhone it appears on most, though not all, sites, which lead me to believe it was website-controlled. On Euroga it only appears sporadically. Also, I cannot find a setting for it on the iPhone.
