It has come to light that the button
stopped working sometime in December 2017, and on occassions before that. Changes were made to improve the reliability of email delivery but it broke this feature.
It is now fixed 
Apologies if anyone felt they were being ignored. I have just gone through all the reports and as far as I can tell everything still relevant has been fixed.
