I have just noticed this today when browsing the forum at FL140 over France 
Never before have I seen a feature on a web browser to fetch a page once it obtains an internet connection. Instant messaging apps work that way, but browsers, never. I’ve never seen a capability to wait for an internet socket and when available, go and fetch the site.
Interesting that nobody else has seen this. It is indeed very hard to make it appear…
