Done. I have wanted to vent my opinion about this for years, thanks for the opportunity.

Hello Everybody,
I am still collecting data from this survey but I can already share with you that from the responses it is already obvious that the majority of pilots is unhappy with the system, independent of what they fly, the operational purpose, or their region. There are already activities and high level discussions on how to solve the current situation. I expect it will take few years to move things forward. For the time being I can share an interesting project which you might not be aware of, its called NORM and you can find it here: https://www.icao.int/safety/iStars/Pages/Chat-with-NORM.aspx . It is about using artificial intelligence to assign criticality to NOTAMs. I wanted to close with that positive note to show that there are people out there trying to change things and eventually change will happen. Thank you all for your contribution and feedback!!
Hi Irigas, the world is small. You have a lot of potential :-)…
It’s official too. In the NTSB hearing on the 2017 SFO incident in which an Air Canada Airbus almost landed on a taxiway in the dark and went around just feet above another passenger jet, the NTSB chairman said: “That’s what Notams are: they’re a bunch of garbage…”

ICAO has started a questionnaire aimed at better understanding the NOTAM requirements and user types, along with high-level objectives of the future NOTAM system.
