Dual engine failure?
A big issue right now is DEF contamination of jet fuel. Been a couple of dual flameouts due to this now. Easy to add instead of anti icing additive to the trucks.

In the European diesel car market this is usually called Adblue (it relates closely to the VW/etc ECU software cheat saga) and how the hell does it get into Jet-A1?
