And that is not actually full fuel yet, on the pictures I see it does not yet have the 140USG fuel filler openings ;-) But that is the wrong way to think about it. Any plane which has more than crew as payload with fuel fuel actually has too small fuel tanks for ferry situations. 120USG is already a ferry, not many will want to stay in the plane that long!
Pilot plus full fuel is out of balance.
That is indeed an issue. For unknown reasons the M350 has got a “cut corner” in the forward envelope. If you want to do it by the book you need a big bag of tools or similar which you put in the back. Due to the long fuselage that makes quite a difference. But the plane seems to handle fine at the forward edge of the envelope. At the rear edge be more carefull. In some cases you have to put passenger on the middle seats, at least for takeoff and landing, while they would like to sit on that nice big seat in the back…
Also put them on the middle seat in turbulence. The back seat is horrible in that situation as it is so far from the center of rotation.

That would be for lack of up-pitch authority in extreme scenarios, maybe landing with some ice or something like that, or otherwise to ensure the maximum stall speed is adhered to.

Thank‘s for advice. I‘ll keep it in mind
